Ten weeks of ‘Sox Across the Nation… this season is flying by. That means we are inching closer to the return of Tom Sox baseball. As always, there is so much to talk about.

We have featured many talented former ‘Sox in the ranks of Division I college baseball. There is more to college baseball than the top level, and the Tom Sox are represented across the Division II, the Division III and the Junior College ranks.

Minor League Baseball around the country kicked into full gear this weekend, and the Tom Sox are proud to have been a small part of nearly 40 players’ baseball journeys.

Official roster announcements start today for the newest batch of Tom Sox players, but that doesn’t mean we stop talking about our former stars. We’re coming up on the halfway point of the college baseball season.

When the first pitch is thrown in the MLB season on Wednesday, three former Tom Sox players will be a part of a major league roster: Wyatt Langford, Vinnie Pasquantino, and Trey Yesavage who each spent full seasons with Charlottesville.
