Tom Sox Offense Falls Flat in Loss to Rebels

The Charlottesville Tom Sox played their first home game in 12 days on Tuesday night, but the result was an offensive struggle that did not end in their favor. The New Market Rebels gave the ‘Sox their fifth home loss in seven tries, winning 3-1 at CHO Airport Field.

Tom Sox Fall at Strasburg in First Game in Six Days

After five straight days of rain cancellations and postponements, the Charlottesville Tom Sox finally returned to the field Saturday night to face the Strasburg Express on the road. The ‘Sox ultimately fell 4-1, showing some rust as they failed to generate enough offense to take down the new Valley League leaders. 

Tom Sox Snap 3-Game Losing Streak, Win in Waynesboro

Waynesboro defeated Charlottesville 3-2 in the season's first game, but the result was different on Wednesday, as Charlottesville snapped their 3-game losing streak with a much-needed 8-4 victory.
