  • Competed as a two-way talent at Marjory Stoneman Douglas under head coach Todd Fitzgerald
  • Batted .328/.433/.581 with eight homers, one triple, five doubles, 35 RBI, 34 runs and 22 stolen bases from 2021-22 as a junior and senior
  • Went 19-1 on the mound with three saves, a 0.99 ERA and 169 strikeouts (14.4 K/9) across 105 2/3 innings from 2021-22
  • Powered Marjory Stoneman Douglas to back-to-back State Championships and a 58-4 record from 2021-22 alongside current Gators teammate Jake Clemente

19 Tom Sox Named to All-Conference Teams

A total of 19 Tom Sox players, spanning seasons 2019-24, were named to their respective All-Conference teams this week (beginning May 20). Five of the 19 came from The American, while the remainder were spread out among other conferences near the east coast.

Tom Sox Face Turks for 2023 Valley Baseball League Championship

The 1-seed Charlottesville Tom Sox (32-18) will face the 2-seed Harrisonburg Turks (32-16) in a best-of-three series for the Valley Baseball League Championship beginning Thursday. Games one and three (if necessary) will be played at CHO Airport Field at 7 p.m., while game two will take place at Harrisonburg’s Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park beginning at 7:30 p.m.

CHAMPIONSHIP BOUND! Tom Sox Defeat Express 6-3 to Advance to Valley League Championship

After coming one out away from elimination on Tuesday, the Charlottesville Tom Sox advanced to their second-straight Valley League Championship series with a 6-3 win over the Strasburg Express Wednesday.

DOWN BUT NEVER OUT: Tom Sox Complete Improbable Comeback to Force Game Three

After dropping game one of the Valley League Semifinals, the Charlottesville Tom Sox traveled to First Bank Park to face the Strasburg Express with the season on the line. In a back-and-forth affair, Charlottesville stormed back from a 9-4 deficit in the eighth inning with a slew of clutch home runs to preserve the season.
