SUMMER 2023

After an eighth-inning comeback on Sunday night against Front Royal, the Charlottesville Tom Sox couldn’t capture the same late-inning magic on Monday, falling 8-6 to the Strasburg Express in the first game of a best-of-three series.

The Front Royal Cardinals came to Charlottesville to face the Tom Sox, who were seeking to finish strong as the postseason approaches. The ‘Sox were able to prevail 6-5 in a back-and-forth decision, extending their win streak to three games.

20-Run Outburst Leads Tom Sox to Doubleheader Sweep

The Charlottesville Tom Sox hosted the Woodstock River Bandits for a two-game set Monday, scoring a combined 20 runs across 14 innings to secure a 3-1 season series victory. They won the first game 11-8 before taking game two 9-3.

Tom Sox Host Lumberjacks on Bark in the Park Night

The Charlottesville Tom Sox (22-11) will face the Covington Lumberjacks (18-17) on Bark in the Park Night at CHO Airport Field. It will be broadcast live on the Tom Sox Facebook page and Tom Sox TV. First pitch is set for 7 P.M.
