CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Charlottesville Tom Sox (21-7) will face the Harrisonburg Turks (12-13) tonight at Charlottesville High School for UVA Night. It will be broadcast live on the Tom Sox Facebook page & Tom Sox TV. First pitch is set for 7 P.M.

  • Since his 3-for-4 day against Winchester, Wyatt Langford is batting .358 with 4 doubles, 2 triples, and a home run. He has walked 9 times over that span.

  • Since being moved to the leadoff spot on June 24, Gehrig Ebel has reached base 41% of the time with 13 walks.

  • Logan Amiss is 2nd on the ‘Sox with a .348 average and is tied for the team lead with 3 doubles over the last 11 games. His 8 RBI are 3rd on the team over that span and his .483 OBP leads the team.

  • Trevor Candelaria has reached base in 14-straight games that the Tom Sox have won, batting .298 in those contests. His 10-game overall on-base streak leads the squad.
