CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Tonight’s doubleheader between the Tom Sox and Cardinals has been postponed due to rain. The game was called due to lightning and impending rain with one out in the bottom of the 2nd inning. The Cardinals led 2-1 at the time of postponement.
The first 1 ½+ innings of game 1 will not count towards the rescheduled doubleheader.
The rescheduled games will take place on July 19, with the first beginning at 4 PM and the second 30 minutes after.
